Returns & Exchanges

At Canvas Artz, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Each and every one of our products is handmade by our artisans so there may be a little discrepancy between each one of our canvas artwork. The sizing charts we have match up congruently with their respective products, each viewable on the corresponding product page. therefore we want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We do not provide return labels as we already offer free shipping so the shipping return cost will be the customer's responsibility.
  • The larger gallery wrapped canvases are extremely heavy, please do make sure you order the right size, as returning them will be a huge hassle for both parties.
Returns (accepted under the following circumstances)

  • Damaged product / manufacturers defect - If the product arrives damaged contact us at info@canvasartz.com with photo evidence. For manufacturers defect we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order and the same applies as above. We will need photographic evidence supplied to us at info@canvasartz.com
  • Not as described - If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description again contact us and supply a photographic evidence explaining why it does not match the product description at info@canvasartz.com

Product Lost in Transit

  • If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

Exchanges

  • Ship the product back to us. Once we receive it, we can ship out the newly specified product immediately. Our holding stocks sometimes are overseas due to space allocation not being enough. So do take note of this. 

Refunds
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sometimes for convenience for both parties a partial refund can be given and the customer keeps the product. This is due to the hassle of returning the extra large gallery wrapped canvas art work we ship out. For any questions or concerns, please email us at info@canvasfreaks.com

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your Bank Account
  • Contact Credit Card Company
  • Processing time USUALLY takes 1-3 business days
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@canvasartz.com

Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping.

Disclaimer

  • If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking so that if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it was indeed shipped back.
