- Every single piece of beautiful art that you purchase from us, will be handmade by our artisans and shipped promptly! We take an average of 5 days for processing. Shipping can range from 1-2 week thereafter.
- When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us HERE. Alternatively, you can track your order HERE by supplying the tracking number we sent to you.
- If your order hasn't shipped throughout the regular time frame, please reach out to us! We'll resolve any outstanding issues asap.

- The tracking system does take time to update and is known to have a small lag time. If you want to know exactly where it is contact us and we will find out for you!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANVAS ONLY AND GALLERY WRAPPED?
Canvas only: The canvas is rolled into a tube and sent to you. You can still stick just the canvas up on the wall if you wish to, or stretch it over wooden panels yourself. We do recommend buying gallery wrapped as the canvas will already be stretched over wooden frames and it will be ready to be displayed on your wall.
Gallery wrapped: Canvases are gallery wrapped by our professionals for you. They come packaged with protective layers and will be ready to hang straight out of the box.
WHAT DIMENSIONS DOES CANVAS ARTZ OFFER?
WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY CANVAS PRINT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?
- Please note that due to differences in monitor colour settings, the colour you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colours that are true to the artist's specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. We can always exchange to a different design for you! I WANT TO SELL ART WITH CANVAS ARTZ. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Some platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Deviant Art, etc. We are always looking for new artists to collaborate with and would love it you were to reach out!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. Sometimes to avoid shipping hassle with our larger gallery wrapped artwork, we may offer a partial refund and let the customer keep the item.
